For becoming a part of the conCBS team you will need to be matriculated at the CBS. Preferably you should have started with a master degree course or at least be in the fourth semester of your bachelor program.
Once you have applied online via our application form, you will be notified about the further procedure in a timely manner.
In the case of a suitable application you will be invited to an Assessment Center, which comprises a personal interview as well as the preparation of a case study.
If you convince us during the Assessment Center, you will become part of the conCBS consulting pool, from which project vacancies are filled. When forming a project team for a current project, we coordinate your availability with you as well as the appropriate skill set for the position.
